Jerry A. Ponitch, MD a dermatologist, in Tempe, AZ died on December 29, 2013 at the age of 71. He is survived by his daughter and his companion, Holly, and her daughter. Jerry helped found and was active in the Emaho Foundation, a Buddhist learning center.
