As a member of the U of I symphony orchestra took part on a cultural exchange tour of South and Central America sponsored by the US Government, 24,000 miles and 58 concerts. Received my Masters degree in Social Work from U of WI in 1966 and worked at the VA hospital in Milwaukee as the director of the Day Treatment Center, an outpatient psych clinic, had a private practice, conducted research and taught. Promoted to the Long Beach CA VA hospital in 1984 as Chief of the social work department. Retired in 1997 and moved to Baileys Harbor WI. Worked 10 years as the director of community programs at The Clearing folk school and was active as a volunteer in the not-for-profit sector as a board member and Chairman.

Moved to Virginia. widower raising a 3 year old. 90's: single dad raising son, currently at UIC. 2000's: retirement, golfing, travel and enjoying the good life. Travel 2016-2017 Christmas in Australia, New Years in New Zealand, backpacking both islands for a month. Thailand for 2 weeks in February. Prior travels included England, Amsterdam, Paris Family Vacations: Costa Rica, Keystone CO, Breckenridge CO, Smith Mountain Lake VA.

This would be the point to declare that they lived happily ever after but ... eight years ago my wife was diagnosed as having a rare form of lupus and she has resided in a nursing home for the past five years. I would love to participate in the reunion but would not be comfortable being that far away from her.

Married Eda Stagman 1973, also an attorney (DePaul-1973). 2 wonderful daughters, both attorneys (Barbara-Kent 2005 and Jacqueline-Loyola 2005). Got wanderlust and when married moved all of 6 blocks of where born, until 6 years ago when we moved 15 min. away . Barbara married to a wonderful guy and living in our Rockwell St. home now 3rd generation and 70 years since my parents moved in. Have been blessed with the most wonderful marriage and amazing life; experiences I never would have imagined and which continue as we finally mature.
Now involved not only in law but also in business around the world as well.

Then on to Cincinnati Ohio where my ex husband was with U.S. Shoe Corp. I decided to go into Real Estate almost 33 years ago. The best decision I ever made. I am blessed with 3 children and 3 grandchildren. Unfortunately 2 of my children live West. One in Lake Tahoe the other in Seattle. I met the love of my life 17 years ago and we love to travel as well as play golf... in between our work schedules. I have stayed in contact with quite a few of my high school girlfriends all these years. Actually, 9 of us went on a cruise over a year ago to celebrate our friendships.

I taught high school English at Waller High School and Ida Crown Jewish Academy. I worked for many years in the Academic Achievement Center at Niles North High School. I am currently retired.

I married Alan, an attorney, in 1964. Our daughter Danica is living in suburban LA and is in the entertainment industry. Her husband John owns a building trades company. Our son Robert and his wife Linda are both high school teachers living in suburban Atlanta. They have two wonderful sons, Jordan (almost 5) and Jason (almost 2).

Alan was a renaissance man, he played flute and guitar & collected African and Japanese art. We enjoyed opera and theatre. We traveled frequently; some of our destinations were Europe, Africa, the middle east, and the orient. I was widowed after 40 years with my loving husband. Being at Senn was a wonderful part of my life and I still enjoy great memories from that time.
