I served as a teacher, counselor, assistant principal and principal at three schools, as well as an upper level administrator in several departments within the organization.

Since my retirement, I am actively involved as a consultant, mentor and mediator. I also serve as the Executive Director of the Houston Administrators Association.

I have a wonderful wife and we have two sons who make us very proud.

My Life Since Senn ...:Very shy in high school then became an English teacher, had to fake it until I believed in myself. Married at 22 to nice guy for 26 years, pediatrician, father of my 2 boys. Moved to San Diego; fell in love with it after visiting it on our honeymoon. Taught high school English until my children were born, then lots of fund-raisng and volunteer work until kids older, then ran my own residential interior design company for 5 years, then went to work in sales/design for a major commercial design/furnishings company. Workaholic. Did a lot of travelling. Now semi retired but have an elder placement agency, am a volunteer driver for Jewish Family Services, work out in aerobics class at the JCC and am learning to play Mah Jong. Divorced in 1990, happily remmarried in 2014 to a great guy, another workaholic, w/5 kids, 24 grandchildren, who loves to visit his grandchildren (me too), loves to play the guitar, ukelele, rub board, harmonica and digerrydo, runs a successful team in commercial real estate and still has time for me. Visited Alaska, India, China, So. Korea, Japan and Taiwan; more places to go. Life is good.

My Life Since Senn ...: Went to University of Illinois for one year. Came back and went to Cook County School of Medicine to become a Lab Tech. Worked at Bethesda Hospital for 3 yrs. Got married in 1964 and have been married to the same wonderful man for 46 years. We had 2 children, a daughter Suzette (44 years) and our son Ross, who was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis. We then moved to Florida (Ft. Lauderdale area) 32 years ago to help our son live a better life, out of the cold. He passed away in 1982 at 14 years. My husband, Sherwin, and I became very active in a support group for parents who had children that died, called "Compassionate Friends." We were group leaders for 5 years. I am still active in the Florida Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. I have personally raised over $100,000 by running marathons, 1/2 marathons, 10K's and 5K's. I now work part-time in a specialty running store, play tennis, do yoga, run, travel and play with my grandson, Dylan Ross, age 7. Looking forward to the reunion and catching up with old classmates. been for the past 9 years.I've been
in the insurance business for the past 5 years. I travel a lot to see grandchildren and children. I've been to Europe, Israel, South America.
When I travel in the States, I usually
go by car. I like the freedom to stop and see the sights.

Laughter is the best medicine. My Life Since Senn ...:After Senn I briefly attended U of I – Champaign/Urbana. I returned home and married my high school sweetheart Joel (a Sullivan Grad) . We have been together for almost 52 years, 47 as husband and wife.
We have two successful children. Our son Brian, 41, is a corporate executive in the automotive industry. Our daughter Tracy, 39, is a global vice president for a major international corporation. We have two adorable granddaughters and are fortunate to have them living ten minutes from our home. They bring us much joy and happiness. Watching them grow is truly amazing.
After being a stay at home Mom and Professional Volunteer for 25 years, I decided to enter the work world. I joined an environmental publishing and market research firm as a research analyst. The company deals with Air, Water and Energy. We service consulting firms, venture capitalists and government agencies all over the world.
My husband and I have been fortunate to have travelled extensively as a result of his work as an industrial show producer for United Airlines. I love to play mah jong, go to the theatre and take our dog for long walks.

Marsha Lynn completed the Ph.D. in sociology and I completed the Ph.D. in history. We have wonderful children and equally wonderful grandkids. Our older daughter and her husband are political consultants. Our younger daughter and her husband are physicians. Marsha Lynn and I are professors at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton. We teach/edit/and write books and articles. I work in the realm of business, cities, and public policy. I also serve as co-editor of a book series with the University of Pennsylvania Press and as an associate editor of Enterprise & Society, a quarterly published by Oxford University Press. During 2008-2009, I served as president of the Business History Conference. Marsha Lynn and our children and grandchildren have made everyday wonderful.
